At Da Starch Plug, all products are prepared and packaged with care to ensure quality.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL  
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS  
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.  
If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

SHIPPING ISSUES  
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER  
Our products are sold as novelty items and are not intended for consumption.

PROCESSING TIME  
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow stated processing times before shipment.
